Kitchen/Bathrooms/Basement/Additions

We have completed over 100 kitchen renovations in the last 10 years, 200 bathroom renovations, 50 full basement renovations and over 50 additions and add ons.  There is no project too big or too small, we do it all. 

203K projects

This type of project is designed for a new home buyer to include the construction phase in the loan for the purchase of there home. This is very important with all of the forclosed properties on the market today. Many of these properties dont qualify for traditional loans, the 203k loan is designed to take those non livable properties and make them loan eligible.   As the general contractor, we transform the buyers wants and needs into the home of there dreams. 

Commercial building

We have done commercial build outs as the primary general contractor, and we have been the sub contractor on large government projects.  Our primary focus is residential, but we excell in the commercial arena as well. From large apartment buildings to condo conversions.  You name it we have done it.

Insurance Recovery

Over the past 5 years we have re done several insurance jobs, such as complete re builds after a tragedy.  Complete desaster recovery efforts derived from hurricanes, floods and fire.  We work directly with the insurance companies to make this process as easy as possible for the home owner.
